Our Story

Industrial Equipment Erectors was founded in 1976 by Michael Pasko in Willoughby, Ohio. Mike and his close associate came from the same neck of the woods in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and worked together for about 20 years. They originally started out by selling material handling equipment. But time and time again, they struggled to find a dependable installer who would show up to work, finish the job, and get it done right. So to solve the problem, Mike and his business associate began installing the equipment themselves.

Throughout his teenage years, Mike’s son Rob did assembly work for IEE. After graduating high school in 1981, Rob took over the company to continue his father’s legacy. He married Natalie Denunzio in 1984 and she immediately jumped on board to help manage the business’ finances. Their son Samuel joined the ranks in 2014 and currently fills the important role of job site supervisor.

For Rob, owning Industrial Equipment Erectors is more than keeping up a family business. Like his father, Rob loves walking into an empty building and using tools to fill it with his hard work. The satisfaction that comes from plying his trade is that like no other.

What began as a side project has transformed into a thriving business. Loyal customers have fueled our success for decades and continue to spread the word of IEE’s good name and trustworthy service.
